Sizing

At Be Fit Apparel we carry many of the best brands in fitness. Because we carry numerous brands we feel having one standard size chart is not beneficial to our customers, as each brand can have different sizing. Keep in mind many of our brands are Brazilian and Columbian so their sizes may differ than standard U.S. sizes. Please always check the product descriptions first as they usually have more in depth sizing or fit info.

*Note for Waist Trainers and Freddy Wr.Up a specific size chart is shown on each individual product so please refer to it for sizing

For the Be Fit Brand, 90 Degrees by Reflex, Body Angel Activewear, Blue Fish, Bum Bum Bacana and the Casual Clothing refer the below size chart and guide for measurments. Keep in mind most product info includes notes about specific sizing needs.

For Bia Brazil, Shape Up Activewear,Up Vibe, and Linda Mina who do a one size they use a material called Supplex. It is highly durable and is able to stretch up to 500% while springing back to its original shape, meaning it fits like a compression style. These brands are a ONE SIZE FITS MOST. Generally we say the bottoms fit sizes XS-Medium/Large or Numerical sizes 00-8/10. Everyones body shape is different but these brands do fit a wide variety of body shapes.
