How To Make Protein Pancakes

This Protein pancake recipe is so good and you won’t believe how clean it is!! Clean eating does not have to be boring!

Banana oatmeal protein pancakes recipe –

Ingredients you’ll need-

-1/2 cup quick oats

-1 scoop protein powder (Your preference of flavor)

– 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

-1 banana

-Vanilla extract

-1/2 cup of water or almond milk

Directions-

1. Heat skillet on medium heat

2.Mash half of the banana and put into bowl

3. In same bowl add the oats, protein powder, 1/2 cup of water or milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon

4- Stir until all ingredients are nicely blended

5- Pour mix into 1/4 cup (should make about 3 pancakes)

6- Flip until nicely golden

7- Top with other half of the banana and smuckers sugar free syrup!:)

Macros for this meal are-

P- 25 grams C-50 Grams F- Less then 1 Gram
