Easy Craving Crushers!

Trust me I totally understand the definition of cravings while being on a diet. These recipes will help you crush any sweet craving you are having! Both are prep friendly too! I know what you are thinking, how can something that’s so clean possibly be a craving crusher? Well it can. Lets start with Ice cream!!

Protein Ice Cream Recipe:

This recipe can be done with any protein powder that you like. The options are endless, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cinnamon, or my favorite…. BANANA FOSTER!

So this recipe can made with carbs or without. I do mine usually with no carbs, but I will list both options.

Banana Foster protein ice cream:

Ingredients-

1 Scoop Banana Foster Isopure protein from Nutrex (or any other protein powder of your liking.)

Half cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 pack of stevia (optional)

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (also optional)

A generous amount of ice (the more you use the thicker it will be)

*for with carbs recipe, add one frozen banana

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until it is the consistency you prefer. If you would like it to be more frozen you can always put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and that should make it more into a harder ice cream vs. a soft serve. Top with waldens farm sugar free caramel sauce or chocolate sauce!

Now time to move on to my Yummy Waffle recipe!

This waffle is so easy, 2 ingredients thats it!

Ingredients for waffle:

1 packet Quaker Maple and brown sugar weight control oatmeal

1 Egg white

Directions:

Take the oatmeal and put it in a food processor. Blend the oatmeal until the oats are so fine that they turn into a flour.

Put the oats into a mixing bowl with the egg whites, and put a little splash of water in as well. Mix it together then put it on the waffle iron. Once its done then add whatever toppings you would like, my favorite is almond butter and sugar free syrup. You could do sugar free chocolate sauce and strawberries or whatever you would like!

I hope these recipes help you crush those sweet cravings you’ve been having. As I said before both these recipes are prep friendly. I’ve used both before while on prep and I even eat them when not on prep as well!!
