What made you decide to compete?

I love spending time with my fam. (husband and two kids) and of course I LOVE to shop for gym clothes.
Do you have any advice you would give to someone just starting out in the fitness industry?
Yes, hire a good coach that has been in the industry for a while, follow the plan to the T, be patient this sport requires a lot of discipline, commitment and time. Also learn how to balance things, enjoy fam time as I think they are the most affected since sometimes we are so restricted and don’t have much room for any social life. I been extremely blessed to have so much support from my husband, kids and friends.
